Christian Reilly
Christian ReillyVice President of Global Product & Technology Strategy
Christian Reilly serves as Vice President, Global Product & Technology Strategy. In this role, Christian engages our global customer and partner base to articulate the Citrix vision; working with them to better understand industry & business direction and the evolving markets in which we play, feeding that back into the core business to influence future product direction.

Previously, Christian held the role of Vice President & Chief Technology Officer for the Workspace Services Business Unit at Citrix, responsible for driving overall technology strategy & direction. The Workspace Services Business comprised many of the core products and technologies, including XenApp, XenDesktop, XenMobile, XenServer and Citrix Cloud.

Prior to joining Citrix, Christian held several key leadership positions over a 19-year career at US-based Engineering & Construction firm Bechtel, where he was responsible for the strategic planning, infrastructure & enterprise architecture and innovation program within the corporate Information Systems & Technology group. Christian led the team that identified strategic areas of technology development and advised on sustainable innovations that would make the biggest impacts to Bechtel’s $35bn business.

Christian is a native of Manchester, England and studied Business & Computing at the University of Central Lancashire, England.

David Cottingham
David CottinghamDirector, XenServer Product Management & Partner Engineering
David runs the partner engineering and product management teams for XenServer. He joined Citrix in 2009, and has been working on XenServer ever since. He spends his time talking to engineering teams at OEMs, IHVs, ISVs and major cloud providers, trying to work out what customers want, running a small OpenStack engineering team, and helping define product strategy. He’s spent many hours triaging customer and partner problems, writing product requirements and debating architectural designs. David holds a PhD in computer science, which means he knows nothing useful about it, but can talk at length about wireless networks and routing algorithms to anyone who will listen.

James Bulpin

James is architect and head of technology for XenServer within the Citrix Core Infrastructure Group, and a member of the Citrix CTO Council. He is primarily responsible for technical strategy and system architecture. James joined Citrix via the acquisition of XenSource Inc. which he joined at its foundation in 2005 having previously completed a PhD in the University of Cambridge Computer Laboratory’s Systems Research Group, the home of Xen. James sits on the Xen Project Advisory Board.

Harsh Gupta is the product manager for Citrix Cloud – XenApp and XenDesktop Services. Harsh takes pride in driving the cloud transformation for XenDesktop. that enables ease of use, simplicity and faster time to value for customers. Harsh has over 15 years of experience in the industry and has been a product manager across differ companies such as VMware, BMC and EMC and is currently based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Niels Aafjes

Niels Aafjes is an experienced Manager within the Privacy team of Deloitte Risk Advisory. He focuses on GDPR, privacy transformation programs, customer data and similar matters,
He has broad knowledge of both legal matters and IT and he has over 7 years of work experience at various large international organizations. Prior to Deloitte, Niels worked at the European Parliament in Brussels where he gained valuable insights into the workings of the EU political and legislative process.
Hugo Atzema

Hugo Atzema is a junior manager within the Security and Privacy team of Deloitte Risk Advisory. Hugo has over four year experience as an expert in privacy and cyber security. He has extensive knowledge of Dutch Data Protection Law and EU General Data Protection Regulation. Combining legal knowledge with IT and implementing it in organizations is one of his key qualities. Besides advising clients he regularly provides guest lectures on privacy at Dutch Universities.
